Dustin Ives has been an Indoor Comfort employee since 2014. He started as a maintenance technician learning about the company and the trade as he went.
Dustin’s positive attitude, clear communication and drive for understanding the company has lead him to being the assistant manager and lead sales person. He also works in the field when a technician is off. He is a valuable team player and continues to expand his knowledge of the HVAC world from multiple angles.
When Dustin is not working, he stays very busy helping his wife to raise their twin toddler boys, baby girl and 2 dogs. He enjoys working on the house that they built and the family farm they live on.
