Dustin Ives has been an Indoor Comfort employee since 2014. He started as maintenance technician learning about the company and the trade as he went.

Dustin’s positive attitude, clear communication, and drive for understanding the company has lead him to working in the office starting in the spring of 2016. He now has the unique position of working in the office part time and in the field part time. Dustin continues to expand his knowledge of the HVAC world from multiple angles.

When Dustin is not working, he is planning his wedding with his fiancé. He enjoys working on the house that they built, training his puppy, helping on the family farm, and playing ice hockey.
